basic stay with notable flaws

noisy air conditioning musty smell

The room was subpar. the air conditioning was noisy and ineffective. I had to request a room change. the second room was not much better. the bathroom had minimal amenities and a musty smell. there was insufficient space to hang towels and the ventilation was dusty.

underwhelming and a little rough around the edges

small bathroom unhelpful staff

my stay wasn't the best. the bathroom, it was tiny, and there wasn't really any space for my stuff. the tv was also pretty bad i expected better channels for the price i paid. also, the restaurant staff wasn't helpful, and they were using paper plates. i expect proper plates at a hotel like this.

the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear street noise pretty clearly (a constant hum). also, the gym was smaller than expected (only a few machines available) and located in a rather inconvenient spot.

friendly staff convenient location easy access

i enjoyed my stay. the staff was friendly and offered assistance when i needed it. the location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. i liked that the hotel was close to many attractions (the sky tower is really close).

the gym equipment looked a little outdated. some machines needed maintenance. i hope they fix it soon.
